As soon as Primarius Debt Recovery receives a claim, our professional recovery team will immediately attempt to contact the debtor to secure the payment in full.  If our team is unable to collect the full amount at once, we will negotiate a payment plan to ensure to maximize your recovery.  Most of our claims are settled here and do not need to go any further.

However, if our team is unable to contact the debtor using all means available (phone calls, emails, text messages & mailed letters) we will send the claim onto our investigative team who will use the "skip-trace" technique to locate the debtor and any contact information for them.

 

We will continue to contact daily until the funds are secured.  If after such time, we are not able to contact the debtor we can offer you two options.  

1.  Litigation; our affiliate attorney can represent your business in a lawsuit against the debtor.

2.  If the balance does not warrant a lawsuit, our affiliate attorney can send out a payment demand letter.
